How does shipping work?
We are based in Dublin, Ireland. Home Haven partners with European manufacturer and artisans in order to provide you high quality decor products to competitive prices. This means that your order may be shipped from Denmark or Germany using trusted couriers. Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any items we are not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.
We do charge a flat-rate of 9.95€ for shipping. Orders above 125€ have free delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Because some products we ship directly from our partners delivery can take 7-10 business days but usually quicker. We do provide tracking codes for all our orders , so you know exactly where it is…
We are certain that you will adore your Home Haven order when it arrives, but if you don’t for any reason, please just drop us a quick line via our contact us page and we will look after it.
Our policy lasts 14 days from receipt of your order. In this time frame we will offer full refund of the goods purchased. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once we have confirmed your return we will send you instructions. Please note we do not cover cost of shipping the item back to us or provide pre-paid labels. Please print out your return form and include it in your package.
PAYPAL HAS YOUR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS COVERED
The Service is available at no additional cost to PayPal account holders who have registered for it. For more information please refer to the PayPal Returns page.
Please notify us via e-mail when you have sent your return and provide your tracking number if applicable. We will process your refund within 5 working days after we have received your return.
PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.
We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
